## Homes For Change void clean, nicotine-contaminated property
Homes For Change, a Manchester housing co-operative, needed an exceptional tenancy turnaround. The property was heavily contaminated with nicotine residue and residents had to be moved out because of the health issues it caused. This was hazmat-level work: stubborn deposits had to be stripped back before normal cleaning could begin. We viewed and assessed straight away, started that week, and completed the turnaround in two working days.
